  • I have acted as a consultant/advisor on a wide range of usability-related projects for clients such as Boeing, Nissan, and General Motors.
  • I am the author of numerous scholarly articles, abstracts, and theses. I speak regularly at conferences on user interface design and human-computer interaction.

Career highlight?

Finishing my Ph.D. in near-record time (3 years) and earning several awards along the way.

Taking my girlfriend to her first Canada Day celebration.

Going out for dinner alone in Vienna, Austria, as the only English-speaking Asian in a completely German-speaking pub.
