- I hold a Ph.D. and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia and have been distinguished with numerous accolades for my work.
- I have acted as a consultant/advisor on a wide range of usability-related projects for clients such as Boeing, Nissan, and General Motors.
- I am the author of numerous scholarly articles, abstracts, and theses. I speak regularly at conferences on user interface design and human-computer interaction.
